Marcus A. Heath’s dedication to advocating for the workforce is rooted in his upbringing in a rural, blue-collar town in Northeast Ohio. From a young age, he developed a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing hardworking individuals by taking on a variety of labor-intensive roles. Whether he was milking cows on a dairy farm, stocking shelves at a local grocery store, or working as a press operator at a plastics factory, these early experiences shaped a relentless work ethic. Since the very beginning of his legal career, Marcus has focused his practice exclusively on representing injured workers. Before stepping into his current role leading the Ohio workers’ compensation team at Morgan & Morgan, he gained extensive experience at two respected injury firms in Southwest Ohio.
