Meet Kevin Moy
Kevin Moy began his academic journey at CUNY Hunter College, where he earned his degree in philosophy in 2013. His studies sharpened his analytical thinking and interest in advocacy, which led him to pursue a legal career. Kevin went on to earn his law degree from New England Law Boston in 2018, where he was actively involved in student leadership as President of the Immigration Law Association and Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
After law school, Kevin built five years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law, gaining valuable perspective from representing both injured workers and defending claims. This balanced background allows him to approach cases with a strategic and informed mindset. Kevin is now an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Jersey City office, where he focuses on workers’ compensation cases and is dedicated to helping injured workers navigate the system and secure the benefits they deserve.
