Meet Alex Lyle

Alex Lyle is a dedicated trial attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Personal Injury and Premises Liability practice groups. With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Alex is committed to helping individuals find justice, protecting their rights, and holding negligent parties, companies, and property owners accountable for the harm they cause.

Throughout his career, Alex has handled a wide range of civil litigation, including catastrophic injury cases, trucking and auto accidents, complex product liability matters, and other high-stakes insurance defense matters. This diverse background gives Alex a well-rounded perspective and the ability to develop effective, efficient litigation strategies that are always focused on achieving the best outcome for clients.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Alex served as counsel for a large insurance company, worked at multiple Am Law 100 firms, where he defended major insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies, and served in a judicial clerkship. This high-level defense experience gives him deep insight into the strategies used by large insurance companies and corporations - insight he now uses to aggressively advocate for plaintiffs and level the playing field for injured clients.

Alex Lyle was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia and graduated with his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Alex is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, and is admitted to several U.S. District Courts and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Outside the courtroom, Alex enjoys exploring the outdoors with his two rescue huskies. He previously completed a six-month thru-hike of the  Appalachian Trail with his husky, Apollo - an experience that reflects the same drive, resilience, and preparation he brings to every case.
