Morgan and Morgan is proud to offer summer associate opportunities for both 2L and 1L students.
Candidates must have a strong interest in plaintiff cases. We are looking for self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Additionally, candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of client service.
Based on individual achievements, those who successfully complete the program should expect to receive offers of full-time employment.

What is the day-to-day of the associate program?
The daily tasks of participants in the associate program will vary based on location, mentor, and cases in process. Generally, associates will have hands-on opportunities with real cases, mentorships with top lawyers, and exciting and fun networking events.

Can I apply for MAP as a 1L?
Yes! MAP opportunities are available for both 2L and 1L students. Generally, there are a greater number of opportunities for 2L students.
How long is the MAP program?
MAP is a 10-week program, and the first week kicks things off with an in-person group orientation in Orlando, Florida.
MAP orientation is both a professional and social event designed to empower associates with valuable baseline knowledge about the firm and the work we do—setting you up for success so you can hit the ground running!
When can I apply?
The application portal for 2L candidates will open each spring, 14–16 months before the start of the MAP program.
The application portal for 1L candidates will open each January, approximately 6 months before the start of the MAP program.
