University of St. Thomas Data Breach

The University of St. Thomas learned that in August 2025, an unauthorized party accessed and copied sensitive and confidential information from its network, including:

  • Full Name
  • Social Security Number
  • Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Financial Account Information

 

Wilkes University Data Breach

Wilkes University learned that between January 25, 2025, to January 26, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed and copied sensitive and confidential information from its network, including:

  • Names
  • Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Driver’s License Number
  • Financial Account Information

 

Mission City Community Network Data Breach

In June of 2025, Mission City Community Network discovered that an unauthorized party had accessed parts of its network and may have stolen protected health information (PHI), including:

  • Patient Names
  • Social Security Numbers
  • Dates of Birth
  • Addresses
  • Insurance or Treatment Details

 

Legacy 5 Corporate Services Data Breach

Legacy 5 Corporate Services, LLC, has disclosed a cybersecurity incident where an unauthorized party may have accessed or acquired personal identifiable information (PII) of more than 1,700 individuals within its corporate network, including:

  • Names
  • Social Security Numbers
  • Dates of Birth
  • Mailing Addresses,
  • Financial Account Details
