Nova Biomedical Corp. suffered a data breach on or around July 22, 2025, when an unauthorized party accessed and copied the sensitive and confidential information of 10,764 victims from its network. The compromised data may include:

• Full names
• Social Security numbers

CHP 11-99 Foundation

The CHP 11-99 Foundation reported a data breach discovered on or around September 24, 2025, after an unauthorized party gained access to a foundation employee’s email account. The compromise stemmed from a mishandled response by an external service provider after a suspicious email was initially flagged, allowing attackers continued access for more than a week before detection.

The exposed information may include:

• Full names
• Mailing addresses and contact information
• Payment and donation records
• Credit card and banking information
• Social Security numbers
• Driver’s license data
