Cove Risk Services reported that it suffered a data breach on or around May 3, 2025, when an unauthorized party accessed and copied certain information from its network, compromising the data of 49,385 victims. The data breach involves sensitive confidential information, including:

• Social Security Number
• Address
• Date of Birth
• Financial Account Information

Sax LLP

Sax LLP, a top 100 accounting and advisory company with an annual revenue exceeding $100 million, revealed that it had detected a network intrusion on August 7, 2024, although it took the company over a year to complete its investigation and identify contact information for the 228,876 impacted individuals. The compromised information varies for each individual, but can include:

• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Address
• Date of Birth
• Driver’s License or State Identification Number
• Passport Number
