Meet William Kramer
William Kramer is a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s New York office, where he is dedicated to securing justice for individuals injured due to negligence. A Massachusetts native, William earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he was honored with the Maurizio Vannicelli Award for outstanding achievement in his field. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was awarded the Governor’s Scholarship, a full-tuition merit-based scholarship recognizing academic excellence.
While in law school, William built a strong foundation through a series of impactful legal experiences. He clerked for Keches Law Group in Bridgewater, MA, supporting a team that recovered millions of dollars for injured workers. He also worked with the Law Offices of Paul H. Merry, focusing on employment law, and contributed to the Investigations Center of Expertise within the Human Resources Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. William further broadened his legal insight through roles at LexShares, a litigation finance firm, and Gilmartin Magence LLP, where he interned in real estate law.
William began his journey at Morgan & Morgan in 2024, advancing from case manager to case manager lead before stepping into his current role as a pre-suit attorney. He brings a disciplined, client-centered approach to every case, shaped by a background that also includes roles as a varsity wrestling coach and certified personal trainer. Today, William combines his sharp legal acumen and empathetic communication style to advocate for those who need it most.
