Meet Todd R. McPharlin

Todd is a trial attorney based in Morgan & Morgan’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he concentrates his practice on complex automobile collisions resulting in catastrophic personal injuries. He joined the firm after dedicating 27 years exclusively to representing injured individuals and their families in personal injury and wrongful death matters, including serious motor vehicle and trucking crashes, product liability claims, negligent security cases, and premises liability disputes. Over the course of his career, Todd has obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts, settlements, and awards on behalf of his clients, including numerous seven- and eight-figure results.

A South Florida native, Todd was raised in Plantation/Fort Lauderdale and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in criminology and psychology and received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Outside of his practice, Todd spends time with his family and stays active running, training for triathlons, and practicing yoga.
