Mr. Twomey currently practices in Alaska, where he has successfully litigated and resolved hundreds of plaintiff-side personal injury cases, recovering substantial compensation for clients injured by negligence. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska, where he handled statewide Medicaid lien recovery and subrogation claims, advised on environmental law and administrative rulemaking, and provided litigation and policy counsel to key government agencies.
