Biography Overview
Taylor Smith is an attorney in both the Los Angeles and Irvine office. Taylor has been assisting victims of personal injury accidents in California since 2018. Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Taylor was an associate with a premier civil litigation firm. She was given a tremendous amount of latitude and independence handling wide-ranging catastrophic cases. Taylor previously handled the defense of cases concerning all areas of personal injury law. She was responsible for the case management and handling these lawsuits from their inception up until the time of trial.
Taylor’s experience from both sides, representing Plaintiffs and Defendants has prepared her to join the esteemed Morgan & Morgan Law Firm.
A member of the California State Bar, Taylor received her law degree from Southwestern Law School. While attending Southwestern, she received the Dean’s Merit Award, demonstrating academic excellence for students who are in the top 30% of their class. During law school, Taylor took on several extracurricular activities. Most notably, she had the privilege of working for a federal district court judge, the Honorable Judge Algenon L. Marbley.
Taylor is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC). Taylor was named a member of the National Trial Lawyers’ (NTL’s) Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer in California.
