Biography Overview

Shelby Osborne grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky, where she received a B.S. in Political Science with minors in Biology and French. She continued her legal education at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, earning her J.D. in May 2019. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Nebraska.

Ms. Osborne began her legal career as in-house counsel for a title insurance company in Omaha, Nebraska, before moving back to Lexington to practice real estate transactions. She joined Morgan & Morgan in January of 2023 focusing on premises liability.
