Meet Miguel Pedraza
Miguel Pedraza began his academic journey at the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2018. Driven by a passion for advocacy and a commitment to helping people resolve complex disputes, he went on to attend Florida State University College of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2021. During his time in law school, Miguel strengthened his understanding of litigation, strategy, and client-centered representation, preparing him for a career focused on achieving meaningful results for those he serves.
Today, Miguel is an attorney with the Business Trial Group at Morgan and Morgan’s Orlando office, where he concentrates his practice on construction defect and professional malpractice litigation. He is dedicated to holding wrongdoers accountable and guiding clients through challenging legal matters with clarity and confidence. Miguel handles cases on a contingency fee basis, ensuring clients owe nothing unless a recovery is made. He takes pride in offering diligent, strategic advocacy and helping individuals and businesses secure the justice they deserve.
