Meet Michelle Lukic

Michelle Lukic is Chief Operations Counsel for the Mass Tort Department, where she helps lead large-scale litigation efforts focused on holding powerful corporations accountable for harm caused to consumers. Her work centers on complex mass tort and product liability cases against some of the world’s largest companies, driven by a commitment to challenging corporate misconduct and helping injured individuals navigate high-stakes legal systems.

Michelle began her career in traditional litigation, developing a strong foundation in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and client advocacy. She gained hands-on experience at Wallace Miller and Keller Postman, where she managed complex disputes and represented clients in high-pressure matters. That litigation background continues to shape her leadership approach today.

Michelle’s expertise has been recognized repeatedly, including being named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star (2022–2026) and earning placement in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® (2025–2026) for her work in mass tort and product liability litigation.
