Meet Kayla J. Howard
Kyla Howard’s journey toward becoming a passionate advocate for injury victims began at the University of Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in 2014. After graduation, she entered the insurance field, working as a personal injury insurance adjuster. During this time, she gained firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess liability, and approach negotiations. This early experience gave Kyla a unique perspective on the challenges injured individuals face and sparked her desire to use that insight to help people, not corporations.
Motivated to make a greater impact, Kyla went on to earn her Juris Doctor from New England Law in 2022. From the start of her legal career, she chose to represent plaintiffs exclusively, focusing on cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. Her background in insurance allows her to anticipate defense strategies and build strong, evidence-based cases that help clients achieve the justice and compensation they deserve.
Now a personal injury attorney at Morgan and Morgan, Kyla is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Florida. Known for her practical and results-driven approach, she combines legal expertise with genuine compassion for her clients. Outside the office, Kyla enjoys practicing yoga and spending time outdoors, embracing the balance that helps her stay grounded and focused on delivering exceptional advocacy for those she represents.
