Meet Kimberly Goodman

Kimberly Goodman is a third-generation personal injury attorney who proudly follows in the footsteps of her father, uncle, and grandfather. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where she majored in History of Art, and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. After being admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Kimberly began building a career dedicated to helping individuals and families seek justice after serious injuries.

Over the years, Kimberly has developed extensive experience across a range of personal injury matters, with a particular focus on premises liability, animal attacks, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence cases. She has litigated in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout Michigan and also serves as a case evaluator for the Oakland County Circuit Court. Recognized for her skill and professionalism, Kimberly has been named to Best Lawyers from 2022 through 2026. She is part of a 2026 Best Law Firm, reflecting her commitment to excellence and her reputation among peers and clients alike.

Today, Kimberly practices at Morgan and Morgan’s Detroit office, where she focuses on car accident, motorcycle accident, and personal injury cases. She brings compassion, tenacity, and deep family-rooted passion for justice to each client she represents. Outside of her work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling whenever possible to visit their college-age sons, cherishing every opportunity to be together as a family.
