Meet Kevin Kidwell

Kevin Kidwell is a seasoned personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s office in West Los Angeles. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received his undergraduate degree. Kevin went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.

While in law school, Kevin earned multiple awards for academic achievement. These awards included CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Sports Law and Legal Research and Writing, a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Professional Responsibility, and a High Tech Excellence Award. Throughout law school, Kevin clerked for a law firm specializing in intellectual property litigation. During this time, he also received a CIPP/US certification based upon his specialized knowledge in the field of privacy law.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Kevin worked as a defense attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. His prior practice included the defense of corporations and governmental entities in relation to workers' compensation and employment matters. Most recently, he specialized in defending large insurance companies against high-exposure personal injury lawsuits. His experience as a defense attorney provided Kevin with the skills and insight that he now utilizes to fight for justice on behalf of his injured clients.
