Meet Justin Griffin

Justin J. Griffin is committed to advocating for individuals injured through no fault of their own, guiding them through the personal injury claim process with diligence and compassion. At Morgan & Morgan, he represents clients exclusively in personal injury matters, focusing on pre-suit case development, communication with clients, investigation of claims, coordination of treatment and records, negotiation with insurance carriers, and pursuing fair resolutions before litigation becomes necessary. Before becoming an attorney, Justin gained valuable hands-on experience as a litigation case manager, where he assisted with case preparation, drafted legal documents, and assisted with negotiating with insurance companies. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Mississippi State University and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. Justin approaches every case with the goal of providing clear communication, strong advocacy, and peace of mind to his clients.
