Meet Jignesh Bhatt

Jignesh Bhatt began his academic journey at the University of California, Riverside, where he earned his undergraduate degree before pursuing his Juris Doctor at Santa Clara University School of Law. During his time in law school, he volunteered with the East San Jose Community Law Center, helping underserved communities navigate employment and workers’ compensation issues. His passion for advocacy and professional growth later led him to earn a Master of Laws with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on securities legislation and strengthened his analytical skills.

Jignesh began his legal career on the defense side, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies and employers approach workers’ compensation claims. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of claim evaluation, medical-legal analysis, and trial strategy before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Over time, he realized his knowledge could be used to help injured workers more directly, leading him to shift his practice entirely to advocating for those who need strong representation the most.

Today, Jignesh is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney at Morgan and Morgan, where he fights for the rights of injured workers across California. He combines strategic thinking with compassion, ensuring each client receives thoughtful guidance and committed advocacy. Outside of his legal work, Jignesh enjoys spending time with his family and golden retriever and exploring both beaches and mountain trails. An active lifestyle, including completing five half marathons, helps him maintain the steady and enduring approach he brings to every case.
