Meet Jeta Qinami Topalli

Jeta Qinami Topalli is a passionate personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Detroit office. She is a personal injury attorney with an international legal background shaped by experience in both Europe and the United States. She began her legal career in Albania, where she represented clients in a broad range of matters, including civil litigation, administrative law, intellectual property, and criminal defense. This diverse practice provided a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, strategic analysis, and client-centered representation.

Her commitment to public service led her to attend the School of Magistrates of Albania, from which she graduated with distinction. Following her graduation, she was appointed to serve as a Judge at the District Court of Fier in Albania, where she presided over a variety of civil matters and preliminary hearings in criminal cases, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and case evaluation.

After relocating to the United States, Ms. Qinami Topalli earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and continues her work as a dedicated advocate for individuals and families. Her experience as both a former judge and practicing attorney provides a unique perspective that informs every case she handles and enhances her ability to effectively evaluate and pursue claims.

Fluent in English and Albanian,  she brings a global outlook, disciplined legal judgment, and genuine compassion to her practice.
