Meet Elizabeth Petrovich (Wiese)
Elizabeth Wiese Petrovich brings a powerful and uncommon advantage to her clients: years of experience on the other side of the courtroom. Before advocating for injured individuals, Elizabeth represented major insurance carriers and corporate defendants in high-stakes litigation involving premises liability, workers' compensation, and general liability claims—at large law firms and in-house for corporations.
That background is her edge. Elizabeth knows how insurers evaluate claims, minimize exposure, and build their defenses. She now uses that insider knowledge to anticipate opposing strategies, identify weaknesses, and construct cases that demand attention. She knows how cases are valued behind closed doors—and how to push them higher. She is excited to bring this unique perspective to her cases and to maximize value for her clients in the name of justice.
Elizabeth is a Pittsburgh-area native and proud North Allegheny graduate. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received a certification in Civil Litigation, and her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Insurance Defense Litigation—a distinction that reflects both the depth of her defense-side experience and the strength she brings to her clients today.
Elizabeth is committed to giving back to the community she serves. She sits on the Young Community Leaders Board of North Hills Community Outreach and volunteers with Light of Life, supporting essential services for individuals and families in need.
Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys life with her husband, two young daughters, and their dog, Basil. Her family shares a love of music, Pittsburgh sports, the outdoors, gardening, cooking, and travel.
