Meet David W. Blum

David Blum began his academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History in 2012. He later attended George Washington University Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2015. From the start of his legal career, David was drawn to work that allowed him to directly help individuals in need, focusing early on eviction defense and pro bono housing matters. This experience strengthened his commitment to standing with everyday people and advocating for fairness in the legal system.

As his career progressed, David expanded his practice to personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury cases, and later represented employees in workplace-related legal matters. Across these areas of practice, he has built a strong track record of results, securing millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. His diverse litigation background allows him to approach each case with both strategic insight and empathy, always focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for those he represents.

David now practices at Morgan and Morgan’s Washington office, where he concentrates on personal injury and car accident cases. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife and their three children. Outside of the office, David enjoys staying active, reading, building Legos, and playing Pokémon cards with his sons. His dedication to family and community reflects the same values that guide his work as an attorney—compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to helping others.
