Meet Chris Williams
Chris Williams began his academic journey at the University of Miami, where he graduated cum laude in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing. He earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011. Early in his career, Chris developed a strong interest in trial work and public service, laying the foundation for a legal path centered on courtroom advocacy and leadership.
Following law school, Chris spent thirteen years serving as a federal and state prosecutor, gaining extensive trial experience across a wide range of serious criminal matters. He tried numerous cases involving drug trafficking, robbery, sexual crimes against children, and murder, and handled countless pretrial motions and hearings. This work sharpened his litigation skills, strengthened his ability to manage complex cases under pressure, and reinforced his commitment to preparation, clarity, and decisive advocacy in the courtroom.
Chris is now an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Columbus, Georgia office, where he focuses on car accident cases and represents individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. He brings a disciplined, trial-ready approach to personal injury litigation, along with a strong sense of accountability and client care. Outside of work, Chris enjoys staying active by playing tennis and basketball, reading, watching films, and traveling to new places with his wife and friends.
