Meet Brooke J. Prentice
Brooke Prentice is an attorney practicing in the area of personal injury law stemming from auto accidents. She earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from Stetson University College of Law in May 2025, where she distinguished herself as a skilled advocate both in and out of the classroom. While at Stetson, she competed on the nationally recognized Trial Team and was honored with the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
Before attending law school, Brooke Prentice earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Alabama, where she developed a strong academic foundation and leadership skills that continue to guide her practice today.
Her legal training includes hands-on experience in litigation and public service. Brooke worked in the State Attorney’s Office for the 13th and 6th Judicial Circuits, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and developed a foundation in criminal prosecution.
In addition, she served as a federal judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, providing her with insight into federal practice and procedure.
Now practicing in personal injury law, Brooke Prentice is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families, ensuring their voices are heard, and fighting for the justice and compensation they deserve.
