Meet Brian Murry
Brian Murry is a seasoned trial attorney based in Florida, known for taking on complex cases that others can’t—or won’t—handle. With a decades-long career, Brian has built a reputation for standing up to powerful institutions, particularly in medical malpractice and negligence cases. His work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping those who have been harmed and holding the responsible parties accountable in courtrooms across the state.
Brian’s passion for advocacy started early. He was among the first participants in Nassau County’s Teen Court program. He later competed on the University of Central Florida’s Trial Team while serving as Attorney General of the Student Government Association. After graduating magna cum laude with University Honors and Honors in the Major from UCF, Brian earned his J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he also competed in moot court. He began his legal career defending hospitals, doctors, and large corporations. This experience sharpened his litigation skills and eventually made him realize that his true calling was fighting for the injured, not defending those who caused harm.
Since shifting his focus, Brian has secured major victories for his clients, including a jury verdict of \$104.5 million. He now channels his courtroom experience and strategic insight to help victims of medical malpractice, birth injuries, and wrongful death. To Brian, this work is more than a profession—it’s a responsibility and a privilege. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, barbecuing, and traveling with his wife, Stephanie.
