Brent Bigger

Biography Overview

Obtaining several eight-figure verdicts against Fortune 500 companies before his 40th birthday, Brent Bigger is one of the most accomplished Florida trial lawyers of his generation. In addition, he has obtained dozens of seven-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. Regardless of the stakes or the results, Brent passionately fights to ensure that his clients receive the best result possible and genuinely cares about counseling clients during the recovery from tragic circumstances.

As a trial lawyer for nearly twenty years, Brent is Board-Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. He routinely handles products liability, trucking cases, birth injury and other complex serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Brent is admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia and Illinois.

He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only national organization for real trial lawyers.

Brent graduated from Bradley University with a B.S.B.A and earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, With Honors (Top 5%). While in law school, Brent was an accomplished moot court advocate, being named the Best Advocate at several, national competitions.

Every year since 2012, he has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer™ and one of the Florida Trend’s Legal Elite™. In 2013, he was awarded the F. Scott Baldwin Most Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer by the American Association for Justice, an award given to only one lawyer in the United States yearly.

His greatest blessings, however, are being the loving husband of his wife, Becky, and the proud father of his three children: Abby Grace, Sophie Anne, and Brooks Bradley.
