Meet Austin Hollimon
Austin Hollimon comes to Morgan & Morgan after two years as a trial and appellate litigator from one of the top-ranked high-stakes litigation boutiques, Bondurant Mixson Elmore LLP.
At his former firm, Austin successfully briefed and argued in the Georgia Court of Appeals in worker's compensation case--securing a reversal of the trial court decision. Austin also served as counsel for the City of Atlanta and helped sophisticated international corporations navigate complex commercial disputes.
Austin found his calling representing the family of a deceased client in a wrongful death case. After developing a novel trial theory, Austin delivered the opening statement at trial. His efforts resulted in a large settlement for the family.
Austin comes to Morgan & Morgan to pursue justice for the people, not the powerful. His personal mission is to provide the best representation for those individuals seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others. He fulfills this mission by specializing in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases. He joins the new Vinings Office to complete that work.
Austin also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University, where he teaches Contracts and Torts. He maintains an active pro-bono practice, helping clients successfully navigate housing disputes.
Austin graduated, with Honors, from Howard University School of Law in 2023. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton, where he was an NCAA Champion in Track and Field and competed in the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials.
