Meet Arthur Bailin

Arthur Bailin’s path to becoming an attorney began with a simple but powerful motivation: a desire to help people gain better access to the justice system. After earning his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2017, he pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating in 2020. During law school, Arthur interned at the Public Defender’s Office in Athens Clarke County, where he saw firsthand the challenges many individuals face when navigating the legal system without strong advocacy. That experience reinforced his commitment to public service and shaped the early part of his legal career.

Arthur began practicing law as a public defender in Northwest Georgia before relocating to Massachusetts, where he continued his public defense work. His career later expanded into insurance defense litigation, giving him valuable insight into how claims are evaluated and defended from the other side. This combination of experience allows Arthur to approach each case with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of both plaintiff and defense perspectives, and an unwavering commitment to finding practical, creative solutions to his clients’ problems while zealously fighting on their behalf.

Today, Arthur is an attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Boston office, where he focuses on premises liability cases and remains committed to advocating for individuals who need strong representation. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. He is also an avid motorsport enthusiast and can often be found watching NASCAR on summer Sundays, finding both excitement and relaxation in the world of racing.
