Meet Anna Rodriguez
Anna Rodriguez is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with years of experience representing clients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Trained initially in legal ethnography at Hampshire College, where she earned a B.A. and delivered the commencement speech, Anna’s deep commitment to justice and equity led her to pursue a J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, she was a founding member of the Criminal Law Project, a teaching assistant, and a participant in the Prisoners’ Rights Clinic. Her passion and promise were recognized with the prestigious 2019 Oliver Wendell Holmes Scholarship from the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Anna began her legal career at the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Boston, where she served as a trial attorney for over four years. There, she zealously represented indigent clients facing criminal charges and civil commitment, earning a reputation for strategic advocacy and compassionate client care. She went on to serve as an associate attorney at Bowser Law, where she expanded her work to include both criminal defense and personal injury, supervising the firm’s injury caseload. Currently, Anna works at Silva Santos, PC in Brockton, MA, where she focuses on personal injury matters, advocating for clients injured in auto accidents and helping them recover the compensation they deserve.
Throughout her career, Anna has also contributed her skills in research, legal writing, and bilingual communication through various internships, paralegal roles, and community-based projects—including creating the country’s first Spanish-language urban debate curriculum. Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the communities she serves, Anna uses her legal expertise and personal experiences to empower her clients and hold powerful institutions accountable.
