Meet Andrew Haynes
Andrew Haynes began his professional path at East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2014. Following his undergraduate studies, he spent several years working with various insurance carriers, primarily handling litigated auto liability claims across the United States. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the insurance industry from the inside. While working in the field, Andrew continued his education at his alma mater, ultimately obtaining a Master of Business Administration in 2020.
Driven by a desire to pivot his career toward advocating for individuals, Andrew decided to pursue a legal education and enrolled at the Elon University School of Law. During his time in law school, he gained well-rounded experience by interning at both plaintiff and defense firms, including participating in the inaugural MAP class. These opportunities allowed him to see multiple sides of the legal process before he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2023.
Since entering the legal profession as an attorney, Andrew has focused his talents on personal injury litigation. He spent approximately two years at a large plaintiff's firm, where he sharpened his skills in representing those seeking justice after an accident. Now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Andrew utilizes his unique background in insurance and business to provide his clients with strategic and compassionate representation. He is dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of their claims to achieve the best possible outcomes.
