Case Study
Two of Morgan & Morgan’s talented attorneys, John Yanchunis and Ryan McGee, helped the plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against Radnet reach a $2.6 million verdict after the organization’s lackluster data protection standards failed to protect against unauthorized access. According to the complaint in the lawsuit, the hackers were able to access former and current employee records that contained social security numbers, passports numbers, driver's licenses, and other sensitive information, all of which can expose someone to a risk of identity theft and fraud. The plaintiffs needed someone in their corner, and we were there to stand beside them.
