Meet Sara Holyoak
Sara Holyoak is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience in legal and compliance roles, specializing in business litigation, restoration law, and client-centered advocacy. A 2013 graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Sara initially pursued a career in consulting and regulatory compliance while focusing on raising her three children. In 2022, she made the decision to take the bar exam and return to legal practice, earning her license in 2024. She brings with her a wealth of real-world insight and a renewed passion for advocacy.
Sara quickly reestablished herself in the legal field by taking on complex civil litigation and insurance bad faith matters. From the earliest stages of a case through post-judgment motions, she brings precision, professionalism, and a commitment to justice to every client she represents. Known for her combination of legal skill and deep compassion, Sara’s approachable demeanor puts clients at ease, while her strategic thinking ensures each case is handled with care and confidence. Whether navigating regulatory compliance or advocating in the courtroom, she remains focused on outcomes that make a real difference in her clients' lives.
Outside of work, Sara brings the same heart and energy to her personal life as she does to her legal practice. She’s the proud mom of three incredible children. It has been one of her greatest joys to raise them and now get to watch them pursue their own dreams. Sara is a lifelong lover of ballroom and swing dancing, she met her forever dance partner, Lee, on the dance floor. Just like their meeting, their love story has been an adventure. Together they have a shared love of travel and discovering new cultures. Sara is always eager to learn from the world around her. She also devotes time to volunteering with survivors of domestic violence and women facing housing instability, staying true to her passion for uplifting others and making a meaningful impact in her community.
