Ron Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience and a unique professional background to his work as an attorney. Before entering the legal field, Ron’s career spanned several industries, each shaping his ability to connect with people and solve complex problems. He worked as a special education teacher, a car salesman, and a reservation agent at some of the most beautiful resorts in the world. These experiences deepened his understanding of service, communication, and perseverance. Ron earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1985, setting the foundation for his diverse professional path.

Driven by a passion for advocacy and public service, Ron pursued his Juris Doctor at the William S. Richardson School of Law, graduating in 2014. Since then, he has built over a decade of legal experience focusing on contract law, regulatory compliance, and complex legal analysis. His work spans multiple practice areas, including civil litigation, procurement law, and government administrative matters.

Throughout his career, Ron has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate challenging legal landscapes while providing practical and strategic guidance. He also brings the insight of having led contracts and procurement operations for one of Hawaii’s largest state agencies and serving as a deputy attorney general, experiences that honed his understanding of both the private and public sectors. Today, Ron continues to combine his analytical skills, leadership experience, and people-first approach to deliver thoughtful, effective legal solutions for his clients.
