Meet Marjorie Moreno

Marjorie Moreno has exclusively practiced Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law since passing the bar. She joined Morgan & Morgan in 2025, focusing her practice on helping injured workers in Pennsylvania.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Ms. Moreno was raised in Philadelphia, PA, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Juniata College, double-majoring in International Political Economy and Spanish Literature. In 2020, she graduated cum laude from Widener Commonwealth School of Law. During her time at Widener, she served as a senior editor for the Widener’s Commonwealth Law Review and authored a survey titled "Parking Detour: Misunderstanding the Optional Requirement for Parking Lot Cases in Workers’ Compensation," published in the Widener Commonwealth Law Review, Volume 30.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Moreno worked at a defense firm representing employers and major insurance carriers in workers’ compensation litigation across Pennsylvania.
