Meet Kalif H. Jackson
Kalif Jackson is a proud native of Jacksonville, Florida, and a graduate of Florida A&M University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in three years while working full-time at Morgan and Morgan, demonstrating the discipline and work ethic that define his professional journey. Law runs deep in his family, as his mother has practiced for more than thirty years and is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Following her example, Kalif became the third of his siblings to attend and graduate from Florida A&M University College of Law, continuing a strong family legacy in the legal profession.
Kalif began his academic career early, enrolling in college at seventeen. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in under three years. Alongside his academic success, Kalif pursued athletic dreams and was ultimately signed by the Miami Dolphins. Kalif then transitioned from the football field to the courtroom. During law school, he earned Book Awards, achieving the highest grade in Federal Civil Procedure and Advanced Analytical Skills.
Kalif joined Morgan and Morgan in 2021 as a Legal Assistant under Attorney Jack Cook, working on multiple seven and eight-figure medical malpractice cases. His strong performance led to a transition into the Medical Malpractice Operations team, where he played a key role in refining intake criteria, strengthening case progression, and supporting national expansion efforts.
Now an attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Charleston office, Kalif brings a unique blend of skills to the Medical Malpractice practice group. His work is driven by a commitment to justice and protecting patients and families harmed by medical negligence. Outside the office, he remains dedicated to service, mentorship, fitness, and personal growth. He is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and is guided by the principles of Christian manhood in both his personal and professional life.
