Meet Jason R. Hollingsworth
Jason Hollingsworth was born in Des Plaines, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, and spent his childhood in Collierville, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis. He graduated from Collierville High School in 1993 and went on to attend Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. There, he majored in commercial aviation, first pursuing flight operations and earning his private pilot license and instrument rating before shifting to aviation management. Jason graduated in 1998 and spent two years working in the private aviation industry before deciding to pursue a new challenge in the field of law. He attended the University of Memphis, where he earned his law degree in 2003.
For more than two decades, Jason has built an accomplished legal career, spending the majority of his practice defending a wide range of insurance-related claims, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and premises liability. With over 22 years of experience, he has developed extensive skills in litigation, including conducting numerous depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses. Jason has also successfully handled multiple jury and bench trials, earning a strong reputation for his professionalism and command of the courtroom. Today, he uses the insight and experience gained from years in defense work to passionately advocate for injured workers and individuals seeking justice.
Outside of his legal career, Jason lives in Oxford, Mississippi, where he enjoys the energy of the local community and the excitement of Ole Miss football and baseball games. A dedicated father, he is proud of his daughter, who is currently a sophomore at Mississippi State University. When he’s not practicing law or cheering on his favorite team, Jason enjoys spending time with family and appreciating the balance between his professional and personal life.
