Meet Constantino A. Muniz

Constantino Aurelio Muniz is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Medical Malpractice Department, where he advocates for victims of medical negligence and their families with compassion and determination.

Born in Miami, Florida in 1998 to immigrant parents from Cuba and Colombia, Mr. Muniz was raised in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. He earned his B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2021, where he served as Vice President of the nationally competitive UCF Mock Trial Team, gaining extensive experience in trial advocacy and leadership.

Before attending law school, Mr. Muniz worked as a legal assistant to several Morgan & Morgan senior partners, including Daniel Morgan, which provided him with valuable insight into civil litigation and client advocacy. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2025, where he served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the Stetson Business Law Review and Treasurer of the Hispanic Bar Association. His academic achievements include multiple honors, most notably the Victor O. Wehle Award for Trial Advocacy—Stetson’s highest recognition for excellence in courtroom advocacy—at the nation’s #1 Trial Advocacy program.

After graduation, Mr. Muniz returned to Morgan & Morgan with a deep commitment to protecting individuals harmed by negligence. He is a member of the Florida Bar and actively participates in the Hispanic National Bar Association, Tampa Hispanic Bar Association, and Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He also mentors aspiring legal professionals and serves as a writing advisor for law students.

Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Muniz takes pride in his Cuban, Colombian, and Greek heritage and holds dual U.S.–Greek citizenship. Outside of law, he enjoys world travel, history, music, and outdoor activities such as hiking and photography—passions shaped by his experience as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
