Meet Charles Mann

Charles Henry Mann, IV, is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan with a strong foundation in litigation and a deep commitment to securing justice for his clients. Born and raised in Georgia, Charles earned his undergraduate degree from Mercer University in 2016, where he was inducted into the prestigious Phi Alpha Theta honor society. He went on to attend Mercer University School of Law, graduating in 2019 and gaining admission to the Georgia Bar that same year.

Following law school, Charles served as a staff attorney for Judge Howard McClain in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit, where he gained invaluable insight into courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making. He then joined a personal injury law firm in Henry County, where he spent five years working on numerous high-value cases. Notably, Charles secured a $11,000,000 settlement in a wrongful death case involving a fatal wasp sting—one of many examples of his skill in handling complex and emotionally charged cases. His excellence in litigation earned him recognition as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in both 2022 and 2024.

Today, Charles focuses on premises liability cases, including slip and falls and negligent repair claims, bringing extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. He is known for his meticulous preparation, client-centered approach, and tenacity in the courtroom. Charles remains passionate about helping individuals who have been wrongfully injured, using his expertise to navigate the legal system and achieve meaningful results for those he represents.
