Bryanna Gutierrez is a personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Las Vegas office, where she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal system after serious accidents. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Bryanna earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Law & Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating *cum laude*. As part of the university’s Honors Program, she completed and orally defended a research thesis equivalent in scope to a master's-level dissertation, reflecting her early commitment to academic excellence and legal scholarship.

Following her undergraduate studies, Bryanna relocated to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While earning her Juris Doctor, she was awarded Highest Pro Bono Honors for her dedication to public service. During law school, she gained hands-on experience through internships and clerkships, including positions with the Eighth Judicial District Court (Department 25), a transactional law firm, and Maier Gutierrez & Associates, where she developed a strong foundation in personal injury law. She also served as a student attorney in the UNLV Immigration Clinic, where she successfully advocated for asylum on behalf of a client and participated in a gaming skills course that allowed her to appear before the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

After graduating, Bryanna continued her legal journey as a judicial law clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court, Department 14, where she worked on a variety of civil matters, including personal injury, contracts, and real estate cases. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, she handled general civil litigation, further broadening her legal expertise. Bryanna is licensed to practice in all Nevada state and federal courts and brings a strong combination of courtroom experience, client advocacy, and a passion for justice to every case she takes on.
