Morgan & Morgan’s attorneys, Michael Ram and Marie Appel, represented clients in a class-action suit against Lumber Liquidators, who provided defective flooring materials to many of their customers. The bamboo flooring the customers received became uneven, buckled, and separated quickly after installation, and with such a high price for the materials, those who received the defective flooring were upset with the labor the organization provided. In the end, our team managed to reach a $28 million settlement on behalf of the victims, allowing them to escape from the financial burden caused by Lumber Liquidators.
