I spoke with a very nice lady named Alex. She was very apologetic, asked more questions than a prior firm I spoke with about my Social Security appeal. She was very thorough and actually asked more questions than Social Security did. They accepted my case and I am looking forward to working with them to see what can be done about my appeal.
