Meet Zach G. Farnsworth
Zachary Farnsworth brings a powerful advantage to every client he represents: he knows exactly how the other side thinks. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Zachary spent over a decade at both national and regional law firms defending some of the largest insurance carriers and transportation, trucking, and delivery companies in the world in personal injury cases, many of which involved catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He sat at the defense table. He built the strategies. He knows the tactics that corporations and insurers use to minimize, delay, and deny the claims of injured people.
Zachary's transition to plaintiff's work was driven by a simple conviction: the people who are hurt deserve an advocate who is as sophisticated and relentless as the corporations they're up against. At Morgan & Morgan, Zachary fights exclusively for the injured, bringing with him a detailed understanding of how defendants and insurers evaluate cases and what it takes to force them to pay full and fair value. His experience doesn't just level the playing field for his clients; it tilts it in their favor.
Zachary received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is also active in the community, including serving as a member of his local Planning Board.
