Meet Michael Fagan

Michael is an attorney with Morgan & Morgan, where he focuses his practice on personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. As a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, Michael brings the same discipline, dedication, and service-driven mindset to his legal practice that he developed while serving his country.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Michael successfully operated his own general practice law firm, where he advocated for clients in high-stakes criminal defense and family law matters. He began his legal career in insurance defense, representing major insurance companies and their policyholders. Having worked on the "other side," Michael possesses an insider's understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, negotiate, and defend claims - an advantage he uses every day to fight for maximum compensation for his clients.

Michael graduated magna cum laude from Martin University with a B.S. in criminal justice. He then graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. When Michael is not in the courtroom or negotiating settlements, he is a proud father of three (Michael, Jr., Princeton, and Payton). Outside of the office, you will usually find him spending quality time with his kids, catching the latest movie releases, or unwinding with a video game.
