Meet Kim Rowe
Kim Rowe began her professional journey in the field of human resources, spending several years advising employers on workplace compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and strategic workforce management. This formative career path provided her with deep, practical insight into the inner workings of the employment relationship and the real-world operational challenges surrounding workplace injuries and disability claims. Fueled by a desire to transition from advising businesses to directly advocating for individuals, she chose to pursue a career in law, graduating cum laude with her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2020.
Kim then advanced to the Florida International University College of Law to earn her Juris Doctor in 2025. During her law school tenure, she fully immersed herself in her passion for workplace advocacy, serving as the President of the Employment and Labor Law Society. She also established herself as a standout oral advocate in the courtroom, developing sharp litigation skills by participating in intense mock trial competitions and ultimately earning Regional Champion honors in a prestigious moot court competition.
Today, Kim brings her unique combination of corporate human resources insight and champion-level litigation training to the Workers' Compensation Practice Group at Morgan and Morgan. She utilizes her extensive background to level the playing field for employees, easily navigating the complexities of workplace injury systems to secure the benefits and care her clients deserve. Defined by her sharp legal acumen and a highly determined approach, Kim commands the courtroom to ensure that injured workers are protected, respected, and fully compensated.
