Meet Kevin Graul
Kevin Graul began his educational journey in his home state of Kentucky, earning his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2013. Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in the technology and law enforcement sectors, experiences that gave him a sharp analytical mindset, an investigative eye, and a deep attention to detail. Driven to turn these strengths toward legal advocacy, Kevin went on to attend Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2025. Throughout law school, he excelled both inside and outside the classroom, earning distinction as a Henry Clay Merit Scholar, serving his peers as a Student Bar Association class representative, gaining admission into the prestigious W. Bruce Lunsford Academy for Law, Business and Technology, and receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Digital Forensics and the Law.
Following law school and his admission to the bar, Kevin immediately put his skills to work in public service as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Kentucky. In this role, he managed a high-volume docket of felony cases, spending significant time in the courtroom presenting evidence, conducting rigorous investigations, and negotiating resolutions. Advocating for the community honed his courtroom instincts and taught him how to assess complicated fact patterns under pressure, all while reinforcing his commitment to fairness, integrity, and public service.
Today, Kevin brings his multifaceted background in prosecution, technology, and investigation to Morgan & Morgan, where he represents individuals seeking accountability and justice after suffering serious injuries. Currently licensed in Kentucky and Pennsylvania, with his Ohio licensure soon to follow, Kevin takes a warm, practical, and client-centered approach to the law. He believes that every client deserves to feel heard, valued, and fully informed throughout the legal process, and he works tirelessly to craft customized strategies that achieve the best possible outcomes for everyday people facing powerful adversaries.
Outside of his legal practice, Kevin is an active and engaged member of the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati communities. Originally from Lexington, he is an enthusiastic Kentucky Wildcats fan and enjoys the tradition of local horse racing. In his free time, Kevin loves exploring the outdoors, hiking through the scenic Red River Gorge, and relaxing at home, making memories with his two dogs, close friends, and family.
