Meet Joseph M. Lorant
After working for seven years at a boutique defense firm representing hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living/memory care facilities in medical malpractice and elder abuse litigation, Joseph M. Lorant switched sides and is now working for the people to bring justice to those harmed. While studying for his Juris Doctorate at Southwestern Law School, Joseph received a wide array of legal experience through various clerkships, including a Judicial Clerkship with the California State Bar Court. After receiving his degree in 2019, Joseph acquired his California Bar License that same year, as well as his Nevada Bar License the year after. He has defended medical malpractice cases from inception through appeals, knows the ins and outs of facility operations, and is prepared to handle any matter that comes his way. In his free time, Joseph enjoys walking with his family and their French bulldog Lily, reading, and trying out new restaurants.
