Meet Jordan Wysocki

Jordan Wysocki handles high-stakes workplace advocacy for California employees as an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s California Employment Division. His practice focuses on combatting systemic workplace violations through complex wage and hour class actions and representative Private Attorneys General Act litigation. Mr. Wysocki also represents individuals who suffered discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Mr. Wysocki dedicated nearly four years to corporate defense at Jackson Lewis PC, defending companies against the exact types of claims he now prosecutes. By understanding how defense firms evaluate risk, build litigation strategies, and approach settlement negotiations, Mr. Wysocki anticipates and counters maneuvers from the corporate playbook before they are implemented—a strategic edge he utilizes to maximize financial recovery for his clients.

Mr. Wysocki started his career exclusively representing employees in complex wage and hour disputes. He has returned to his roots advocating for employee rights.

Mr. Wysocki is admitted to the State Bar of California as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts. He earned his B.S. from Maryville University and his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law.

His results have earned him consecutive selections as a Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch" honoree (2025–2026) and a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2025–2026).
