Joel is a native Floridian, having spent his formative years in Tallahassee and completing both his undergraduate and law degrees at Florida State University. After graduating from law school, Joel honed his courtroom and trial skills while working as a prosecutor in Pensacola, FL. During this time, he handled an impressive number of jury trials, along with numerous bench trials and motions. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of legal proceedings and the nuances of advocating for his clients effectively.

Transitioning to work at boutique insurance defense firms, Joel gained firsthand knowledge of how insurance companies handle claims and make decisions regarding injury cases. However, it was during this period that his passion for advocating for individuals seeking justice emerged strongly. Now settled in St. Petersburg with his family, Joel balances his legal career with personal interests like golfing, fishing, and exploring the vibrant Tampa Bay area, embodying a well-rounded approach to life in Florida.
