Javier Alatorre is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of legal experience, currently serving clients at Morgan & Morgan’s Phoenix office. He focuses his practice on auto liability, trucking accidents, and premises liability cases. Originally from Mexico City, Javier began his legal journey by earning his Licenciatura en Derecho (Bachelor of Law) from Universidad Panamericana, laying a strong foundation in civil law and advocacy.
Eager to expand his legal expertise internationally, Javier went on to earn both a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. His dual legal education enables him to approach cases with a broad, multicultural perspective and a deep understanding of both U.S. and Mexican legal systems. Javier became licensed to practice law in all states of Mexico in 2004 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2009.
Now at Morgan & Morgan, Javier is proud to bring his decades of experience and sharp litigation skills to clients in need.
