Meet Grant P. Patterson

Grant is a staunch advocate for his clients. Drawing from his small-town Alabama roots and solid background in serious injury litigation, Grant brings a thoughtful-yet-formidable approach to advocating for his clients.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Grant practiced at a nationwide plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing everyday people whose lives had been profoundly disrupted by serious wrongdoing. He has worked on complex cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, and civil rights violations alike. Grant’s experience taking on healthcare providers, corporate giants, and government bad actors allows him to achieve meaningful results for his clients at Morgan & Morgan.

Grant earned his law degree from Samford University, where he graduated among the top of his class. During law school, he served as executive editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and as a judicial intern for the Honorable R. David Proctor at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Grant was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for personal injury litigation in 2026.
